EyeOn designs this public website so people can learn about our products and contact us. Accessibility is part of how we build, not an overlay added afterward.
Our target
Our engineering target for this website is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. That is a design and development target, not a certification, audit result, or claim that every page is fully compliant.
How we approach it
On this website we work toward:
- Keyboard access to navigation, forms, and FAQ controls
- Visible focus and labeled form fields
- Text alternatives for meaningful images
- Color contrast that remains readable on the designed layouts
- Pages that reflow at common zoom levels
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences where we control animation
We do not use an accessibility overlay widget. Issues are addressed in the source experience.
Center websites and kiosks
Center websites built for clients are a known target for accessibility litigation, and we treat accessibility as a standing requirement rather than a one-time audit.
Kiosks are specified to ADA reach and interaction standards, with accessible routing built into wayfinding. Those product details are confirmed in a customer engagement and are not a certification of this marketing site.
Known limits
Some decorative video backgrounds are muted and do not include captions because they have no spoken content. Third-party tools, including Google tags that load after analytics consent, are outside our direct design control.
We have not published a formal assistive-technology test report for this marketing site. If something blocks you, tell us.
Feedback and assistance
If you have trouble using this website, email [email protected] or call 585.204.0096. Describe the page and what you were trying to do. We will work with you on an alternative way to get the same information or to send an inquiry.
