Terms of use

Last updated October 14, 2026

These terms cover use of the EyeOn public website. They are not a customer agreement for EyeOn software, kiosks, displays, advertising insertion, or data processing. Those terms are set in a separate contract.

Using this website

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You can still call or email EyeOn using the published contact details.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to browsing this website and submitting a contact or sales inquiry.

  • They do not create a services, software, hardware, or advertising contract
  • They do not set pricing, launch dates, or installation scope
  • They do not replace a signed EyeOn customer agreement

Website information

Pages describe EyeOn products and services in general terms. Center conditions, existing hardware, and requested scope vary, so details on a page may not match every property.

Do not treat a page, FAQ answer, or form confirmation as a warranty, a guaranteed schedule, or a binding quote.

Inquiries

The contact forms send a request to [email protected]. Sending a form does not book a demo, lock a price, or start work. We use the details you enter to understand the request and get back to you.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it, submit false or misleading form information, or use the form to send unrelated advertising or harmful content.

A hidden field on the form is there to reduce automated spam. Leave it empty.

Intellectual property

The website’s text, layout, logo, photographs, videos, and product graphics are provided so you can learn about EyeOn. You may not copy the site as your own marketing, republish it in bulk, or use the EyeOn name or logo in a way that suggests a partnership that does not exist.

Retailer marks and shopping-center logos shown as examples remain the property of their owners.

Third-party links

The site may link to independent destinations such as social profiles. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Linking does not mean we control or endorse everything on those destinations.

Website availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free pages. Temporary maintenance, hosting issues, or browser differences can affect what you see.

No website warranty

The website is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, EyeOn disclaims warranties about the public site’s accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Customer warranties, if any, live in a signed agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, EyeOn is not liable for damages that come only from using or being unable to use this website, including lost data, missed form submissions caused by a connection problem, or reliance on general website copy instead of a confirmed proposal.

This section is about the website. It does not rewrite responsibility for work that has been separately agreed.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without a conflict-of-law rule that would point somewhere else, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms as the website or the business changes. The date at the top is the current version. Later visits are under the updated terms.
